He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Earl and Stella Rebecca Johnson (Quill); and his wife LaVonne Doris Jordahl of Savior's Lutheran. He is survived by: his uncle Grant C. J. Quill; and his children, Rev. Lee Daniel Johnson (Nancy), Kristine Rebecca Krueger (Daniel) and David Jonathan Johnson (Kim).
