He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Jarvis; his son Colton Valenta (Shelby Williams); his siblings, Mark Ekstrom (Paula), Terri Jo Erickson and Doug Ekstrom (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Brooke Boetticher (Jeff), Tracy Adam (Will), Angie Berhow (Cody), Kristie Hawkins (Nick), Casey Ekstrom and Kelli Jo Johnson (Chris); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Metz, Henry Boetticher, Aria Jo Ekstrom, Mila Johnson, Carter, Brady Shinn, Haylie, Hudson and Harvey Hawkins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
