She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Bender (Jerry); and her sister Judy Fruehling. She is survived by: her sons, Craig Bender (Donna) of Cedar Rapids and Kevin Bender (Jill) of Decatur, GA; her grandchildren, Audrey and Matthew Bender of Decatur, GA; and her sisters, Sharon Porch of Roswell, GA, Debra Simonsen of Alpharetta, GA and Billie Graham of Cumming, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (10250 Haynes Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30022).
