She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ottis Gawthrop and Alta Lillian Lawler Gawthrop; her brother George; and her sister-in-law Ettamae Gawthrop of Louisville, Kentucky.. She is survived by: her husband Jim Branam of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her sons, Brian Branam of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Bradley Branam (Erika Backstrom) of Eugene, Oregon; her sister Carolyn Leggett of Fredericksburg, Virgina; and her sister-in-law Marybeth Dowden of Kokomo, Indiana. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorials may be made to St. Mark's United Methodist church in memory of Tobi.
