He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mowery and Dorothy Mowery (Slinker); and his wife Janette Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Angie) and Kelly (Roy); his grandchildren, Mikaela, Sheryl, William, Kate and Briar; his great grandchildren, Andyn, Zaylor and Nevaeh; his siblings, Carol, Lyle and Pat; and his siblings-in-law, Susan, Pat and Bob.
