She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Willett and Howard Willett; her brothers, Lynn Willett (Mary Kay) and Max Willett; and her sister-in-law Belinda Willett.
She is survived by: her husband John L. Banks; her children, Marc Banks (Chris) and Michele Walstrom (Dean); her grandchildren, Austin Banks (Shannon), Mason Banks, Ethan Banks, Haley Walstrom and Graham Walstrom; her brother Lance Willett; and her sister-in-law Elaine Willett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (1340 3rd Ave SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charman's honor to the St. Paul's United Methodist Church Foundation (Cedar Rapids) or the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation.
