He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Zvacek of Kansas City, MO and Laurie Zvacek of Cedar Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Zvacek (Jill) of Fairfield, IA, Amanda Chmelicek (Cody) of DeSoto, KS, Jennifer Jester of Kansas City, MO and Melissa Russell (Jason) of Kansas City, MO; his great grandchildren, Nico Zvacek (Colton Engledow), Luci Zvacek, Tyler, Gavin Stoufer, Emma Davis, Marvin Hammond, Wesley, Colt and Leyla Russell; and his sister Karen Fluke (Allan) of Oklahoma City, OK.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to a charity of one's choice.
