He is survived by: his wife Clara Netolicky; his children, Jerry Netolicky, Scott Netolicky (Kris), Diane Hensley (Chuck) and Tom Netolicky (Sara); his nephew Leo Rigel; and his nieces, Sharon Rigel and Margie Rigel. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
