With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles J Pavek of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Charles has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pavek and Lena Pavek; his wife Lois Pavek; and his siblings, Joy Baldwin, Marie Utoff, John Pavek and Joseph Pavek.
He is survived by: his son Chuck Allen Pavek. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brosh Chapel - Cedar Rapids (2121 Bowling St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404). A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
