He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Hoefer and Alma H. Hoefer (Boge); his wife Beverly Ann Hoefer (Rawson); his son-in-law Paul Coffman; his parents-in-law, Mary Rawson and Leslie Rawson; his siblings, Jerry Hoefer, Darlene Fischer, Lyle Hoefer and Art Hoefer; and his siblings-in-law, Verna Mae Hoefer, Linda Hoefer, Patricia Rawson, James Rawson and Charles Fischer.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Coffman (Paul); his grandchildren, Ashley Mangano (Hailey), Michael Coffman (Brittany) and Marie Coffman (Craig); his great grandchildren, LaSalle, Michael and Mylan Holt; and his sister-in-law Karen Hoefer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association.
