We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Charles E. Monaghan of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Parnell, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard M. Monaghan and Anna E. Monaghan (Doyle); and his siblings, Leo Monaghan, John F. Monaghan (Margaret), Leonard "Red" Monaghan (Kathy), Madaline Murphy (John), Mary Regina Zaruba (John), Lorenzen and Geraldine Passino (Andy). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the Charlie Monaghan Memorial Fund.
