He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl II and Margaret Kruse (Howard); his wife Jean Hixon-Kruse; and his son David Kruse. He is survived by: his children, Candie Ottman (Chad), Brian Kruse, Rachel Baugh (Dennis) and Kaitlin Kruse-Jones (Randy Jones). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
