He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Fuller and Sue Fuller; and his stepson Francis Spinka. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Derrick Bliss (Carla Staton), MarySue Kea (Jed), Kevin Fuller and Eric Hanson; his grandchildren, Shirley, Haley, Sydney, Jubal, Samantha, Austin, Emma, Jessie, Lily, Zoey, Elijah, Greyson, Lucas and Charleigh; his stepson Calvin Paul Spinka (Nikki); and his brothers, Steve Fuller (Kathy), Vance Fuller (Barb) and Brian Fuller (Cheryl). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
