Betty Selken Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Selken of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, born in Vinton, Iowa, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Neve and Vada Neve (Hurst); her husband Delbert Selken; and her sisters, Hazel, Rubie, Anna Jane and Donna.
She is survived by: her children, Cristy Cornally (Tom) of Cedar Falls, IA and Michael Selken (Mildred) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her grandson Patrick Cornally (Jennifer) of New York; and her stepgranddaughters, Maria Cristina Atehortua of Barranquilla, Colombia and Maria Alejandra Atehortua of Barranquilla, Colombia. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.
