She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Dvorak and Barbara Dvorak (Zmolek); her husband Richard O'Connor; her siblings, David, Eugene, Fred and Barbara; and her close friend Mitzi.
She is survived by: her children, Todd O'Connor (Teresa) of Atkins, Teresa Worley (Lynn) of Palo and Michele Minard (Tim) of Fountain Hills, AZ; her grandchildren, Kristen Worley, Lindsay Walker (Brett), Heather Letter (Julian), Taylor Nickell (Drew), Chad, Grant, Drew Minard and Tara O'Connor; her great grandchildren, Finn, Oakley Tillman, Kinnick, Karlee, Kahne Nickell, Blair, Lilly Walker and Tenleigh Letter; her sister Gracie Meyer (Kent); and her siblings-in-law, Peg Dvorak, Tim Yukl and Shirley O'Connor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (1350 Lyndhurst Dr, Hiawatha, IA 52233). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
