He is survived by: his parents, Mark Fouch and Dawn Fouch (McCarty); his wife Stephanie Brown; his children, Rachel, Landon, Jordyn, Jeffrey and Jonathan; his grandparents, Dale Fouch, Jr. and Ginger McCarty; his aunts and uncles, Dave (Angie Fouch), Aimee (Michael Brown), Jillian (Ozzie Pina) and Matthew McCarty; his cousins, Joel, Taylor Fouch, Roman, Vivienne Pina, Zachary, Aidan, Piper, Elliot, Oliver Brown, Stacy and Jeff Nichols; his friends, Mark and Stacy Fisher; and his godfather Bob Owen.
