She is survived by: her husband Jamie; her children, Jaden (Marie), Anden and Lainey; her parents, Rick Pettyjohn and Sandy Pettyjohn (Hill); her siblings, Derek Barnard (Melissa), Kara Worthington (Amber) and Rikki Kreger (Brian); and her parents-in-law, Roger and Judy Henley. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws.
