She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brock and Annie Brock; and her brother Frank Brock. She is survived by: her husband Francis Fowler (Frank); her daughter Theresa Pennington (Douglas); her grandsons, Tyrone, James and Seth Pennington; her sister Ruby Jones; and her nieces and nephews, Stephen Jones of Overland Park, KS, Mark, Neil, Mandy, Cathy, Jesse, Steven, Amy, Ruby and Leah.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not hold a memorial at this time.
