She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Cox; her parents, Russell Alden and Lucille Alden; her siblings, Maxine Burns (Norman), Norma Major (Kenneth) and Howard Alden; and her nephews, Marvin, Mike Edwards and Austin Roth.
She is survived by: her daughter Angela Cox; and her sister Dawn Hammond. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
