She was predeceased by: her husband Norvin Hoffmeier; and her parents, Hugo Ahrendsen and Eunice Grau Ahrendsen. She is survived by: her children, Jean Ash (Carey) of Cedar Rapids and Erich Hoffmeier of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Emily, Austin Ash of Cedar Rapids, Callah and Brody Hoffmeier of Arvada, CO; and her siblings, Dr. Jon Ahrendsen (Becky) of Clarion, Janice Stanton (Jim) of Bellevue, NE, Leland Hoffmeier (Pat) of Maryville, IL, Willis Hoffmeier (Barb) of Novi, MI and Morella Waitzman (Dennis) of Lathrup Village, MI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
