She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Panzi and Lois Panzi (Lowe). She is survived by: her husband Art; her daughters, Emily Young (Anthony) of Waterloo, IA, Megan Lesko (Robert) of Carolina Beach, NC, Sarah Cox of Des Moines, IA, Sibyl Collver of Cimarron, NM and Stephanie Cox of Norwalk, IA; her grandchildren, Riley and Adler; and her sisters, Lea Chaplin, Joni Davis and Shelli Minor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family which will be sent to Blank Park Zoo or sent directly to the zoo at Blank Park Zoo Foundation, 7401 SW 9th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50315.
