We are sad to announce that on August 19, 2022, at the age of 90, Vernon John Cordes of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Beaver, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Cordes; his wife Mary; his grandson Daran Cordes; his niece Julie Haes (Fruchtenicht); his nephew Randy Cordes; and his brother Kenny Cordes.
He is survived by: his sons, Rod (Delaine), Steve (Pam) and Dan Cordes; his grandchildren, Sara (Brian), Krystle (Joe), Nick (Amber), Devyn, Sean, Timber (Aaron) of Courtney, AJ and Drew; and his great grandchildren, Kaden, Owen, Collin, Elizabeth, Allison, Sloane, Dawsyn, Dallas, Ella and Rhett. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for a future charitable donation.
