He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bertch and Claire Bertch of Waterloo, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Bertch (Turek) and Frank Stayduhar. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Stayduhar (Bertch) and Jack (Vicki); his niece Kathryn Page (Bertch); his nephew Christopher Bertch; his great-nephew Jack; and his great-niece Juliette.
