She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Tedesco and Mary Vechnak Bertanzetti Tedesco; her husband Franklin D. Lewis; and her sister Nancy Tedesco. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Lewis of Cedar Falls, Ray H. Lewis (Alihah) of Upper Marlboro, William Lewis (Crystal) of Clarksville and Robert Lewis (Jennifer) of Batesville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Haley Lewis, Joseph Kress of Cedar Falls and Skyler Lewis of Oelwein, Iowa; and also, Sophie, Khloe and Aubrie Lewis.
