Shirley left this world on February 22, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her mother Sophia Holtz (Schroeder); her husband Roger H. Williams; her father William B. Holtz; her siblings, Edward Holtz (Dorothy), Lloyd Holtz (Elvera) and Eleanor Gable (Otis); and her son-in-law Hector Perez (Kendra).
She is survived by: her children, Kendra Williams-Perez of Cedar Falls and Kent Williams (Nancy) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Diana Barrett of Heber City, UT, Madeline Aguillard of Aniak, AK, Sophia Williams-Perez (Hunter) of Houston, TX, Alexandra Williams-Perez of Houston, TX, Colson Williams (Chloe) of Helena, MT and Carter Williams of Edmond, OK; and her great grandchildren, Preston Aguillard and Afton Williams.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richardson Funeral Service (615 Main St, Cedar Falls, IA 50613). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery.
