We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 97, Shirley Tarrence of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Marshalltown, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Boyer and Josephine Boyer (Divis); her husband O. Allen "Al" Tarrence; and her siblings, Frank Boyer, Jeanette Hynek (Frank), Edward "Spec" Boyer (Virginia) and Wilma Rainey (Ed).
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Wershay and Scot Tarrence of New Berlin, WI.; her grandchildren, Kimberly Zehner (Ryan) of Paris, WI and Bradley Tarrence of Gilbert, AZ.; and her nieces and nephews, Marilyn Weber (Hynek), Debbie Bachman, Ross Boyer and Bruce Devick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions will be directed to Riverside Cemetery to help repair this historical landmark.
