With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sharon Mistretta of Cedar Falls, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jerman and Norma Jerman; her husband John Joseph Mistretta; her sons, John and Scott; and her brothers, Jack and James Jerman.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill McAvoy (Patrick) of Denver; her grandchildren, John, Justin Mistretta (Kuqra), Corey (Chelsie), Kyle and Kurt McAvoy (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Addilyn, Adrian, Brody, Izzy and Michael; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Jerman, Ginger Gifford, Jeanette Leonard, Carol Mistretta, Cathy Mistretta and Richard (Colleen).
