He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Anderson and Thelma Anderson (Kagley); and his son-in-law Brad Meister. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lichty; his children, Sarah Hayes (James) of Des Moines, Kelly Hemsath (Stephen) of Minneapolis, MN and James Anderson (Valerie) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Jack Robert Hemsath, Hannah, Katharine Hayes, Riley, August and Charlie Anderson; and his siblings, Carol Baker (John) of Decorah and Ronald Anderson (Debbie) of Waterloo.
He would still have been practicing dentistry today if it had not been for Covid.
