He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Polley and Dorothy Garrison Polley; his siblings, Chuck Polley and Joan Bearbower; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy L. Polley and Ron Bearbower.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kendall; his daughter Debbie Thompson (Todd); his stepchildren, Brian Buehner (Chris) and Traci Butz (Jeff Batterson); his grandchildren, Bryce Harp (Lynette), Katy Bruess, Lee Butz, Michael Buehner, Dylan Buehner, Jerod Fisher (Allison) and Chase Thompson (Mackenzie); his great grandchildren, Lincoln Harp, Jaden Harp, Berkley Bruess, Layla Fisher and Emmett Fisher; his sisters, Judy Weepie (Marty) and Carla Patten (Gary); and his brother-in-law Dennis Kendall (Nancy).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service West Ridgeway (300 West Ridgeway Ave., Waterloo, IA 50701).
