With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Gordon Suggs Sr. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on December 25, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Suggs and Kathleen Suggs (Bass); and his sisters, Janet Suggs and Leslie Oberman. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Gilowski (Mohr); his children, Philip Suggs Jr. (Monica Izer) of Waterloo and Cheryl Goodman (Shawn) of Iowa City; his stepchildren, Heidi Wauters (Jason Lenhardt) of Amana, Gretchen Moffatt (Brett) of Omaha and William Gilowski (Amy) of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Drew Suggs, Kylie Brown, Cody Brown, Brianne Brown, Jacek Wauters, Haydin Wauters, Analise Wheeler and Brady Wheeler. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
