With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norbert Richard Roy of Cedar Falls, Iowa, born in Berlin, New Hampshire, who passed away on December 21, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roy and Anna Roy (Leclerc); his former wife Therese Roy; and his brother Rene Roy. He is survived by: his children, Clifford Roy of Cedar Falls and Elaine Stieneke (Greg) of Cherokee; his grandchildren, Paige, Adam and Matthew Stieneke; his siblings, Cy Roy, Huguette Duff and Claudette Richmond (Joe); and his sisters-in-law, Pam Roy and Laura Daneault.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Home Communities, MercyOne Medical Center, or St. Patrick Catholic Church.
