He is survived by: his wife Julie Ingoldsby; his daughters, Heather Song (Chae) of Mundelein, IL and Sofie Michalicek (Chad Everly) of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Tyler Michalicek of Cedar Falls, Freddy and Julia Song; and his siblings, Steve Michalicek (Linda) of Spring, TX, Randall Michalicek (Carol) of Plymouth, MN, Patrick Michalicek of Buffalo, MN, Arnie Michalicek (Gloria) of Maple Lake, MN, Mary Tuttle (Earl) of Phoenix, AZ, Karolyn Skudlarek (Larry) of St. Cloud, MN, Kathy Michalicek of Howard Lake, MN and Anne Fordyce (Michael) of Hazelwood, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
