She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert George and Julia Ann Higbee (Frank); her husband Arlid Kepler; her daughters, Julie Richey and Kathleen Harrington; her granddaughter Jackie Richey; her sons-in-law, Timothy Leitner, Dennis Richey and Timothy Harrington; and her brother Robert Higbee.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Leitner of Iowa Falls, Iowa and David Kepler of Cedar Falls. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
