It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marvel A. Gerjerts of Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away on April 15, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ringleb and Alice Ringleb (Weibke); and her siblings, Lavon Landers and Donald Ringleb. She is survived by: her husband H. Paul Gerjerts; her friend Hawkeyes; her children, Terri DeHoff (Brad) of Cedar Falls and Greg Gerjerts of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Lindsay Broten (Lance) of Cedar Falls, Erika Leonard (Shannon) of Cedar Falls, Graham Gerjerts (Katie) of Olathe and Kyle Gerjerts (Payten) of Arlington Heights, Illinois; and her great grandchildren, Keaton, Willow, Hayden, Jonah, Alaina, Bailey, Elliot, Reid and Ryann.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Larsen Chapel-Nazareth Lutheran Church (7401 University Ave, Cedar Falls, IA 50613). A reception will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Bethel Hall.
