He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnston of Cedar Falls; his children, Carah Evans (Troy) of Fairbank, Ben Rollins (Katie) of Traer and Josh Rollins (Val) of Independence; and his grandchildren, Noah, Jack, Ellie, Brock, Rachel, Scarlett, Henrik and Elwyn.
