She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Dieken and Marlys Dieken (Claassen); her husband Gary; her son Gregory; her sister Dixie Spain; and her siblings-in-law, Harold Lindeman, John Spain, Ron Andersen, Kenny Andersen and Diane Burns.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Koenen (Gary) of Cedar Falls and Mark Andersen of Clear Lake; her grandson Zach Andersen (Heather) of Dike; her great grandchildren, Blakelee and Noah Andersen of Dike; her brother Mike Dieken (Karen) of Dike; and her sister-in-law Amy Jensen of Dike. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fredsville Lutheran Church (32756 150th St, Cedar Falls, IA 50613). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
