He is survived by: his wife Sharon Pollock; his children, Shawn McCampbell (Lisa) of Florence, AZ and Dawn Jacobsen (Kip) of Alma, WI; his grandchildren, Ashley Carter (Matt) of Kansas City, MO, Jake McCampbell of Mesa, AZ, Nick McCampbell of Florence, AZ, Ethan Jacobsen of Cedar Falls and Lindsey Van Gorp (Stephen) of Washington Courthouse, OH; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Brec Carter and Lincoln Van Gorp; and his siblings, Carolyn Bird and Mark (Bonnie) of Vancouver, WA..
