She was predeceased by: her brother James Smith; her stepfather Robert Condit; and her stepsister Jodie Shirley. She is survived by: her husband Dwight Smith of Cedar Falls; her mother Carol Condit of Waterloo; her stepchildren, Angela Dixon (Scott) of Clear Lake and Tony Smith of Texas; and her brother Bill Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.
