It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Eugene Janssen of Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert E. Janssen and Marjorie Janssen (Brunk); his wife Alice Bunnell; his children, Steve Janssen (Donna) of Marquette, NE, Pam Johnson (Andy) of Bayport, MN and Connie McAlpine (Shawn) of Ashland, MT; his grandchildren, Ben, Olivia Janssen, Aaron Longnecker, Rachael Borowske (Ben), Alex Roeller (Haley), Alicia and Luke McAlpine; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Mason and Hannah Borowske; and his brother Veldon R. Janssen.
Memorials may be given to the church or to Alternatives Pregnancy Center, Waterloo.
