He is survived by: his parents, David Case and Sara Case (Moody); his siblings, Alicia, Amber, Ethan, Isaac and Carter; his grandparents, John, Joni Carlberg, Jeannie and Brad Moody; his cousins, Anthony, Tristan, Blake, Brendan, Hayden, Zury, Shelby, Lainee, Mallory, Alyssa, Reid and Ali; his niece Willow; and his partner Wylee Sickelka.
