She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eastburn and Irene Eastburn (Hinz); and her siblings, Donald Eastburn and Donna Ballmann. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Elliott of Cedar Falls; her sons, James Elliott (Janet) of Arizona, Steve Elliott (Lisa Waterbury) of Kansas City and Kevin Elliott of Monfort, Wisconsin; and her brother-in-law Robert "Bob" Ballmann of Cedar Grove, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials go to MercyOne Waterloo Foundation in Laurel's name.
