He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Ray; and his brother Kerry. He is survived by: his mother Daphryn Ann Crew (Mary Jane Crew); his wife Mary Jane Rundall (Mayhew); his stepchildren, Sarah Bridges (Alex) and Shane Rundall (Alison); his grandchildren, Lily Hope, Harper and Owen; and his brothers, Kyle Crew (Gayle) and Kendall Crew (Shandy). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
Flowers are welcome and memorials may be directed to the family for a future charitable donation.
