He is survived by: his brother Kent Frank (Michelle Visser) of Commerce Township, Michigan; his nephew Henry Frank (Sarah Vaughn) of San Diego, California; his nieces, Rebecca (Graham Hukill) of Knoxville and Kayla (Rick Vega) of Livermore, California; his great-nephews, Noe, Teagan, Andrew and Myles; and his great-niece Cassette.
