Worth and Nicole Jeffrey (Ben) of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, McKenzie Hernandez (Trey) of Antioch, TN, Hannah Aguirre (Santi), Kayden, Eli and Lilly Jeffrey of Ft. Worth; his great grandchild Haze Hernandez of Antioch, TN; and his brothers, Bob Jeffrey (Meg) of Ft. Collins, CO and Steve Jeffrey (Shelly) of Charles City, IA..
