He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Cobb and Nina Doud (Hauser). He is survived by: his wife Janet Doud of Cedar Falls; his children, Jennifer Novak (Tim) of Spring and Justin Doud (Janice) of Van Meter; his grandchildren, Elisabeth Novak (Kevin Ikelle), Rachel Franklin (Steven), Dynas Doud and Drake Doud; his great grandchild Miri Franklin; and his sister-in-law Betsy Doud.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Western Home (5307 Caraway Ln, Cedar Falls, IA 50613).
Memorials will be directed to the Cedar Valley Hospice, or the family.
