Howard Webrand Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 65, Howard Webrand (Cedar Falls, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Ethelyn "Tootie" Webrand (Howard); and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his father Orlow Webrand; his sisters, Vicki Baldwin (Alan), Barb Webrand and Jolene Wilder (Randy); his caregiver Kathy Bruce; his pet Angus; and also Ellie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
