She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Schrage; her parents, Ed Wilson and Maurita Wilson; her sister Lucy; and her great grandchild Torah Schrage.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Schrage (Darla) and Pat Haigh (Bill); her grandchildren, Tammi Dean (Chris), Travis Schrage (Natasha), Teresa Manus (Jason) and Will Haigh (Trinity); her great grandchildren, Garrett Dean (Kayla), Kaelee Dean, Jase, Cole Schrage, Payton Larson (Wyatt), Rylee Manus and Aiden Haigh; and her great great grandchildren, Mila Dean and Colter Larson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Hazel's name to Oak Park Estates Assisted Living (3212 Greenhill Circle, Cedar Falls, IA 50613) or UnityPoint Hospice, (3731 University Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701).
