Hazel Marie Swanson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Marie Swanson of Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away on July 1, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Southard and Dora Southard (Hodge); and her siblings, Nellie Graham, Edith Drenner, Talmage Southard and Delmar Southard.
She is survived by: her husband Don of Cedar Falls; her sons, Craig Swanson (Mary) of Independence, MO, Eldon Swanson (Vicki) of Hudson and James Swanson (Janis) of Cedar Falls; and her grandchildren, Tara Swanson, Tory Swanson (Melissa), Amber Megivern (Dan), Aaron Olson (Andrea), Felicia Baker (Andy), Stephanie Kimball (Brian), Carrie Swanson, Lisa Wallace (Mike) and Brooke Starling (Ryan). She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
