Harlan Hughes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2022, at the age of 94, Harlan Hughes of Cedar Falls, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Hughes and Clara Hughes (Christensen); and his sisters, Harriet and Beulah. He is survived by: his wife Marlys M. Christensen of Cedar Falls; his children, Ronald S. Hughes of Dunedin, FL, Howard C. Hughes of Cedar Falls, IA, Shelly Ann Beeghly of Weldon Spring, MO and Maureen Marlys Weichers of Waverly, IA; and his sister Juanita Rekers of Cedar Falls, IA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the Northeast Iowa Food Bank, St. Timothy's United Methodist Church, or Cedar Valley Hospice.
