She was predeceased by: her father George Schultz; her son Larry Cook; her siblings, George Schultz Jr., Alfred Schultz, Evelyn Lathrop, Esther Smith and Bernice Sonnicksen; and her close friends, Carl Blad and Vera Hines.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Vognsen (Bill) of Cedar Falls and Laura Sniffin (Jim) of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Tom Boyd (Joan), Dena McCabe (Mark), Thomas Sniffin (T. J.) and Michael Sniffin; her great grandchildren, Roman Lorenzen and Devon Drugan (Jon); her great great grandchildren, Olivia, Levi and Dorian; and her sister Joan Shafer. She is also survived by many extended family and dear friends.
